New York State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser

Donald has been licensed as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser by New York State since January 2, 2000.  Donald is a member of the Appraisal Institute and the Columbia Society of Appraisers.  Donald has earned the designation of Senior Residential Appraiser from the Columbia Society of Appraisers.
